Yoon Eun Hye and Park Shi Hoo in Talks for Comeback Through New Film, “After Love”

It’s been reported that actress Yoon Eun Hye and actor Park Shi Hoo are in talks to come back to the big screen through the Chinese-Korean collaboration film “After Love.”

On October 24, both parties revealed to Newsen that, “It is true that we received a cast offer for ‘After Love.’ However, we’re only at a stage where we have just put it into a state of positive consideration. There is no definite casting decisions made yet.”

Yoon Eun Hye and Park Shi Hoo’s big screen comeback have been garnering much attention in the film industry, as rumors were being spread under the radar.

Park Shi Hoo’s return is especially of great interest, since his sexual harassment incident last year. After that he quietly made a comeback in China through the film “Scent.” He has been very cautious and hesitant in making a comeback in Korea, and if this deal goes through it would be his first Korean project since his 2012 film, “I Am a Murderer” (a.k.a. “Confession of Murder”).

Meanwhile, “After Love” will be a film that has received much investment from China. It will depict the story of the love and breakup between a man and a woman. This traditional melodrama film will be shot in China as well as Jeju Island in Korea. It will have its crank in later this year once the major characters have all been cast.

It has been confirmed from Seoul Western District Prosecutors’ Office Detective Part  at 22 August that Sihoo was innocent. On March Sihoo has been accused on charges of sexual assault with Miss A.  In the same time Sihoo also charged Miss A and Senior B and Mr. Hwang attempted to extortion, defarmation and other propaganda.  Hwang counterclaimed alleged Sihoo. After two side between Miss A and Sihoo drop all their cases in lawsuit with unconditionally, Hwang was willing to continue his litigation by asking to Korea Entertainment Association under the Special Organization Ethics Commission Sanction adjustment to resolve the dispute and there was bet arbitration which is currently in progress but for Sihoo and Hwang case’s concluded by the investigation of the prosecutor was completely shut down.

This urgent announcement is from the Park Sihoo’s agency, Hoo Factory this afternoon through the Sihoorang Management Committee.

It is about advising the fans that all the legal proceeding on Park Sihoo is now officially closed.

I am sure you recall the first case being closed on the 10^th of May 2013, when the alleged victim decided to drop all the case against Park Sihoo.

Aside from that case, there was the one involving the president from his previous agency.

The Sihoorang Management has received information from that agency this afternoon that Park Sihoo have been proven NOT GUILTY on the case against the owner from the previous agency.  I reiterate the announcement from his agency: all the legal proceedings against Park Sihoo are now officially closed.

On behalf of Park Sihoo and his agency, we would like to thank all the overseas fans for standing by him throughout the ordeal and I sympathize with you all for the intense pain it must have caused to all the fans, it has been an arduous five months not only for Park Sihoo but also for his fans as well and I must say that his fans have shown such high integrity and tenuous, just like our beloved actor. 

It all goes to show that Park Sihoo’s fandom is strong and alive despite the fence attack on the actor by the media and public and it is a testament to all that in the end justice and the truth prevail.

There will be looking back from now on.

The past will be buried from here on and Park Sihoo and his fans will only focus on the bright future that is upon us.

It is perhaps more important than ever to for his fans to unite in order for the actor to get back on track with his acting and I am sure all of our overseas fans will show the trademark strength and will in supporting him in the years to come.

Park Si Hoo′s Former Agency Rep Requests a Settlement for Defamation

A Mr. Hwang, the head of Park Si Hoo′s former agency, requested the Corea Entertainment Management Association (CEMA) to help him and Park Si Hoo reach a settlement on an issue of defamation.

The source continued, "[Park Si Hoo] had dropped the case against Mr. Hwang to wrap up all the troubles he had come against. We believe there′s nothing else for us to do but to follow the instructions of CEMA since he requested a settlement, saying he was wronged. We′ll continue to keep an eye on what happens."

Unresolved Park Shi Hoo Scandal Case Moves To Mediation

One of the last unsettled cases associated with the recent Park Shi Hoo sexual assault scandal is headed toward mediation.

For the past five months the actor Park Shi Hoo has been trying to clear his name of charges leveled against him in February and to settle the lawsuits that resulted from the original charges. His promising career was put on hold while all these developments played out. And it has not yet recovered.

It all started in February when the "Cheomdamdung Alice" star was accused of sexual assault by a trainee actress named only as A. The couple had a few drinks with friends and she returned to his home at 2 a.m. He admitted they had relations but insisted they were consensual. She said that their relations were not consensual. She told police that she passed out and he assaulted her. She reported the actor to the Seoul Police Department. After investigating the case, the police sent it to the prosecutor's office.

In response, the actor filed charges against the actress and the CEO of his former management company. The actor claimed that the CEO, who spoke with trainee A, conspired with her to damage the actor's reputation. The CEO counter-sued.

Trainee A eventually dropped the charges against Park Shi Hoo without giving any public explanation, and the police withdrew their sexual assault indictment. As a result, the actor dropped his defamation charges against the actress. But when he tried to settle the lawsuit with his former management agency CEO that case was not so easily resolved. The CEO insisted on a personal apology.

The two men seemed unable to resolve their dueling defamation cases on their own so the CEO, Mr. Hwang, asked Corea Entertainment Management Association (CEMA) to help settle the defamation suit.

"We heard that Mr. Hwang proposed a settlement through CEMA," said a representative for Park Shi Hoo. "We believe that we are innocent and will follow whatever proceedings CEMA demands of us."

The actor is ready to move on and put this scandal behind him.

"There's nothing more we can do but follow CEMA's instructions, since he requested a settlement, saying he was wronged," said Park Shi Hoo's representative.

The actor is known for his roles in the dramas "Iljimae" and "The Princess' Man" and the 2012 film "Confession of Murder." The film was released in Japan after the scandal broke but the actor has made no public appearances.

ถ้าดูจากผลการจัดอันดับของ Box Office  มีข้อบ่งชี้ชัดๆ ว่า แฟน ๆ ชาวญี่ปุ่นของเขายังคงรักเขาแม้จะมีเรื่องอื้อฉาว จากภาพยนต์เปิดตัว ของ Park Sihoo เรื่อง "Confessions of a Murderer"  ที่มีการเปิดในญี่ปุ่นเมื่อวันที่ 1 มิถุนายนและมีผู้เข้าชมจำนวน 2.7 ล้านคน

ข้อความแสดงความ "ขอบคุณ" ของนักแสดง ได้ปรากฎขึ้นในรูปแบบของตัวอักษรที่เขียนด้วยลายมือที่กล่าวว่า:

A statement from actor Park Shi Hoo appeared on the Internet last week thanking his Japanese fans for their support during his last difficult months. It was his first public statement about anything other than his indictment on sexual assault charges since the charges were dropped early in May.

If box office records are any indication, his Japanese fans have remained loyal to him despite the scandal. Park Shi Hoo's debut film, "Confessions of a Murderer" opened in Japan on June 1 and garnered 2.7 million viewers.

The actor's "thank you" statement took the form of a handwritten letter that said:

"Hello, this is Park Shi Hoo. Thank you to all the fans that waited for me. My official Japan homepage has changed. Please visit it often. I will soon make a comeback in a positive light. I love you."

Netizens who heard that he left a letter immediately jumped to the wrong conclusion before reading it. Knowing how difficult the last few months have been for the actor and his family, they worried that he quit acting, or worse that it was a farewell note. But fans were relieved that the actor was positive about his future.

While the actor made his presence known on the Internet last week, he did not show up at the Seoul Police Station on June 25. His presence was requested for a cross-examination in a still-pending case that is associated with his original indictment.

Park, whose promising career ground to a halt, as a result of the charges did not show up for cross-examination in this case and sent a message to the police saying that he would not be able to make it. His cross-examination has been postponed.

Sihoo case in SBS 'Midnight TV Entertainment'

Sihoo case came up to the surface again in June 19  which is broadcasted recently in SBS 'Midnight TV Entertainment' about the complaint between Sihoo and his former agency.

His former agency was accused in attempt to blackmail by publication and defamation without official apology so it will not end. Meanwhile, the police send this case to the prosecutor with “dismissed opinion” and will no longer to proceed this case.

Hi to all overseas fans!!

I hope you are staying happy and healthy.

This is a short memo to you all guys to please slow down on all internets voting for Park Sihoo.

You probably have read in the newspaper article this morning about Park Sihoo taking all the Number One ranking in China and SH K-Star popularity awards as well as the fantastic news about the premiere of his debut film (I am the Murderer) in Japan this coming Saturday, 1^st of June, 2013.

All is well and I cannot emphasize more how grateful the Korean fans are to the overseas fans for voting so passionately day and night for the awards which is reflection of how much you still love and support Sihoo despite the tumultuous three months.

I certain that he will be touched by your relentless effort to keep him in the spotlight with the eagerness to alert the producers of Sihoo’s value as an extremely marketable Hanryu start in the Asian continent and across the world.

He is definitely and asset in the Asian entertainment industry and in good time I have no doubt that ew will be able to see him in films and drams.

However, we must think carefully about whether what we are doing now may actually devalue his worth as an actor by attracting anti-fans and negative publicity.

Our eagerness and passion to keep him in the public spotlight by making him Number One star in all the internet voting awards may in fact be hazardous in terms of causing unnecessary negative attention and we must think logically and objectively of the most effective way to support him.

We have achieved the number one spot as we had desired and we have clearly shown the media and the public that he is still loved deeply by the fans and I strongly suggest that we back down from here.  Going overboard is not the best thing we can do for Sihoo at this stage and we must save the energy and effort for the crucial time when he does start working again.

Please do not misunderstand me when I plead with you guys to slow down in voting.

On behalf of Sihoorang, I am very grateful to the overseas fans for your touching effort to do something for Sihoo to cheer him up.

However, now that we have achieved that aim so effectively, it is wise to also know when to cool down and give him some space so he uses this precious time to recharge his energy.

I suggest that now all overseas fans to devote that same energy and time to reviewing his dramas and studying his characters and wait patiently for his next work.

I have learnt over the last three months that sometimes being passive can be actually more helpful than being active and I think that motto fits this particular situation perfectly.

Please I plead with all overseas fans to slow down in all internet voting and marathon room in Sihoorang and step back a bit for him to be out of the public spotlight for a while.

Sihoo will return to his fans when the right time comes and let us all concentrate on supporting him then.  It may take months to years but I believe it is our duty to wait for him as a fan with good faith.

Let us not put to much pressure on him for the time being.

I hope this letter is received well with the overseas fans.

I am only writing this letter with good intentions and I hope you read between the lines.

The incident make Sihoo grandmother feel uncomfortable

Sihoo’s grandmother hopes her grandson to recover himself.  On May 15, tvN’eNews was released Sihoo’s grandma who was staying in the family feel comfortable, but now we had a lot of prayer “don’t for her own sake” for hoping her grandson to be active again and to be “careful in the future and I hope to recover again.” said grandma.

Sihoo’s Mother revealed he never die, live for each other
