Prosecutor confirmed Sihoo was innocent in all allegation of the lawsuit

สรุปแล้วว่า ตลอด 6 เดือนที่ผ่านมา  Park Sihoo เป็นผู้บริสุทธิ์

ได้รับการยืนยันจากส่วนสืบสวนคดี สำนักงานอัยการโซลตะวันตก เมื่อวันที่ 22 สิงหาคม ว่า Sihoo เป็นผู้บริสุทธิ์  โดยเมื่อเดือนมีนาคมที่ผ่านมา Sihoo ได้ถูกกล่าวหาว่าในข้อหาทำร้ายร่างกายทางเพศกับนางสาว A. ในขณะเดียวกัน Sihoo ได้ ฟ้องกลับไปยัง นางสาว A และรุ่นพี่ B และนาย Hwang พยายามที่จะขู่กรรโชกและ ทำให้เสื่อมเสียชื่อเสียง ด้วยการโฆษณาต่างๆ  นาย Hwang จึงฟ้องแย้งกลับ Sihoo หลังจากที่ทั้งสองฝ่ายระหว่าง นางสาว A และ Sihoo ได้ยุติ คดีทั้งหมดของพวกเขาอย่างไม่มีเงื่อนไข  ในขณะที่นาย Hwang ยังมีความตั้งใจอย่างเต็มที่ในการดำเนินการต่อสู้คดีของเขาด้วยการร้องขอความช่วยเหลือจาก สมาคมบันเทิงเกาหลีภายใต้ คณะกรรมการองค์การลงโทษทางจริยธรรมพิเศษ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาข้อพิพาทและมีการตัดสิน ซึ่งขณะนี้อยู่ในระหว่างการดำเนินการ แต่สำหรับคดีระหว่าง Sihoo และ นาย Hwang ได้ข้อสรุปจากการสอบสวนโดยอัยการพบว่าคดีนี้ได้ถูกปิดลงอย่างสมบูรณ์แล้ว

Prosecutors’ confirmed Sihoo was innocent in all allegation of the lawsuit

It has been confirmed from Seoul Western District Prosecutors’ Office Detective Part  at 22 August that Sihoo was innocent. On March Sihoo has been accused on charges of sexual assault with Miss A.  In the same time Sihoo also charged Miss A and Senior B and Mr. Hwang attempted to extortion, defarmation and other propaganda.  Hwang counterclaimed alleged Sihoo. After two side between Miss A and Sihoo drop all their cases in lawsuit with unconditionally, Hwang was willing to continue his litigation by asking to Korea Entertainment Association under the Special Organization Ethics Commission Sanction adjustment to resolve the dispute and there was bet arbitration which is currently in progress but for Sihoo and Hwang case’s concluded by the investigation of the prosecutor was completely shut down.
